UPI payments are processed end-to-end through the gateway. We do not store any UPI ID, PIN, OTP, card or banking credentials on our systems.
All products sold on the Website are digital ebooks delivered electronically. On successful payment, your ebook PDF is emailed to the address provided at checkout — usually within a few minutes — and can be re-downloaded at any time via Find My Order. No physical goods are shipped and no shipping, handling or delivery charges apply. Full details are in our Delivery & Download Policy.
Returns, refunds and order cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
